Your technician Jerry came out on Saturday to assess our situation. We noticed right away that he had put on boot covers and that he was very polite. Once he found our leak, he went to work on it right away. After he fixed the leaky pipe, he went on and cleaned up the mess under the sink. We didn't expect him to do that! Before leaving, Jerry double checked his work and cleaned up where he was working. We were very pleased with Jerry's attitude and workmanship...Good job!
