I recommend Kniesel's all the time. Brent Kniesel is an outstanding young man, and he has great people working for him too. They're all absolutely customer focused.
I've had four or five experiences with them. One time, I took my daughter's car in there, and one problem led to another, which led to another, and so on. The car had over 240,000 miles, and we ended up putting a new engine in it. It had some problems with it after that, but all the parts were under warranty, and Kniesel's honored that. They took good care of her, and they still do today.
My wife's car has been repaired several times. Most recently, it had an air conditioner problem that Kniesel's had fixed, so we took it back to them. The part was under warranty, and they replaced it at no charge. It's always a good experience at Kniesel's, so it's no wonder they have been rated the best business in Citrus Heights by the Chamber of Commerce for 5-6 years running. Why would I go anywhere else?
