Review content:
The fleet service (pick up and delivery) is a very nice product and will make me want to return.
However, I was not given the credit for a coupon I had for giving a positive review on yahoo.com and I was told I needed a cabin filter when that is something that is done at 60k not 50k.
Despite the fleet service, not honoring the coupon, that didn't have an expiration date, and adding services not needed will make me consider if I will return.
RESPONSE FROM Kniesel's Auto Service Center of Citrus Heights:
David, we spoke today and did not see coupon presented and yet honored the Yahoo.com discount(free oil change) crediting back oil change. I reviewed cabin filter recommendation and found filter was dirty - not purely service interval driven. Thank you for your time and feedback. We hope to see you again and have another opportunity to service your vehicle with better communication. Thank you.
