Swat services cannot seem to stick to the simple agreement we had when we initiated service with them that they would call the day prior to inspections so that we can lock our dogs up so the technician can inspect the bait stations in the back yard. Year after year, we receive a notice from them that the back yard stations weren't inspected because the dogs were in the yard. They are also poor at returning phone calls. Spend your money elsewhere or be disappointed.
