$25 to replace a zipper on a pair of jeans - enough said. I was told the jeans would be ready on Thursday. By Friday, I still had not heard anything and called. Maria answered and was talking to another customer, presumably in the store, while she held me on te line before even acknowledging me. After she finished up her conversation, she said hello and after I asked about my jeans she told me they were ready. I wonder when she was planning to call and tell me that? That's when she dropped the $25 bombshell. The prices were not clearly disclosed up front. This is clearly a rip-off unless the zipper is made from 24 karat gold. Needless to say I will not be using Maria's Alterations again.
