Review content:
We had just moved into the area and needed a plumber. I work at an elementary school and one of the other teachers told me about a parent who is a plumber. I got a hold of Ken, at Pure Plumbing, and he came right over, even though it was out of his usual business time.
There was a crack in the toilet, and I was very impressed because he could have completely taken us and suggest that we get a whole new toilet installed. However, instead he actually just fixed the problem and for a great rate. I also had some drain problems and Ken took the times to show me how to clean the traps so that I could do it myself in the future. He really went over and above when he did not have to.
Now we have had Pure Plumbing back many times. He comes any time I call, and he will even give me advice through text if I need. I grew up in a small town, and he makes his service feel like small town service. I feel as though I know him. It is nice to be able to trust someone in a larger city. It is really important to know that you can trust him right away.
