Wonderful. 12/30/2011

Ken from Pure Plumbing is wonderful. He has replaced outdoor spigots, installed the new sump pump with the automatic backup system, disconnected the dishwasher and everything so I could have granite installed, then came back the next day to redo everything and make sure it was all fine. He has also done the toilets, and the trap underneath the sink, and pretty much everything. What I absolutely love about him is that he comes when I call, even as early as the next day sometimes. He is just a really nice guy, who never leaves a mess, and is absolutely wonderful. more

Great service, great communication and great prices 10/20/2011

After trying two other plumbers and deciding not to do work with them, I found Pure through a personal recommendation. The service was excellent, Ken did a great job and the price was very fair. I'll be using him again! more

Best price in town and really delivered! 1/8/2011

When the faucet in our bathroom quit working, I did tons of research on the plumbers in Bolingbrook. I found many, but they were all overpriced. Pure Plumbing had the best rates by far! On top of that, the service we received was excellent. They took the time to explain the problem to me and offered me a couple different options when it came down to fixing it. I will definitely use Pure Plumbing again! more

I would recommend Pure Plumbing for anything, simple or advanced. 7/7/2010

I have referred work to Ken, with Pure Plumbing, and I have also used him on my own house several times. His professionalism, level of experience, and problem solving is outstanding. I used Ken when doing a set of upgrades for code. This included work on our water heater, furnace, and shutoff valves. I am going to use him for some optional work as well, for a blended hot and cold water spigot outside. I am a self-employed carpenter, and I have partnered with Pure Plumbing on larger projects. We partner on a regular basis, and since I only do light plumbing, if there is something I can't do, I use Ken. I would choose him over other businesses because of his integrity, the quality of work, and because he doesn't mark up extra items. From the basics, like faucets, to major underground work, I would recommend Ken for it anything within the scope he is set up. Simple to advanced, I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Plumbing. It feels like trustworthy, small-town service in a big city. 6/4/2010

We had just moved into the area and needed a plumber. I work at an elementary school and one of the other teachers told me about a parent who is a plumber. I got a hold of Ken, at Pure Plumbing, and he came right over, even though it was out of his usual business time. There was a crack in the toilet, and I was very impressed because he could have completely taken us and suggest that we get a whole new toilet installed. However, instead he actually just fixed the problem and for a great rate. I also had some drain problems and Ken took the times to show me how to clean the traps so that I could do it myself in the future. He really went over and above when he did not have to. Now we have had Pure Plumbing back many times. He comes any time I call, and he will even give me advice through text if I need. I grew up in a small town, and he makes his service feel like small town service. I feel as though I know him. It is nice to be able to trust someone in a larger city. It is really important to know that you can trust him right away. more

I needed to get a sink, toilet, and shower fixture put in, and I used Pure Plumbing. Ken was very nice and a friendly guy. He explained everything very well. Instead of just putting in the sink that I bought, which would have cost a lot of money, he got one for me that was a lot cheaper. He didn't want to take advantage of me as a single woman and wanted to save me money. Everything looks wonderful. It looks like a brand new bathroom. I have used Pure Plumbing a couple of times now and have recommended them to neighbors who have also used them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

They did superior work on my very large projects. 5/20/2010

I have used Pure Plumbing on many projects so far and it is a great service. The first thing they did for me was about 7 years ago. I had contacted them to put in a bathroom in a basement, so they had to rough out the existing basement. This included busting through the floor to find the correct main. When the bathroom was framed they did all the plumbing work as well. It was a superior job. I moved to another house and used Pure Plumbing again to entirely gut a kitchen. They did a lot of rework including a new sink and water spigot. It was once again a pretty fantastic job. Finally, I moved a third time and at this house we did a full gut. We removed everything except the exterior walls. Pure Plumbing did all the plumbing and gas work for me in this house. They did a phenomenal job from the beginning through to the very tough inspection. Everything was up to par and it worked out really well. I have used them on many projects, and have always been pleased with their work. I have also referred them to many people, and everyone else has been pleased as well. Mark McCrimmon more

i have never had a tradesman do everything he promised. He arrived when he said he would, he did all the work he said he would, and all in a very professional and pleasant manner and within the timeframes and budget we agreed on. In fact, i actually had more work done than i originally intended because Ken was so easy to deal with. I have already recommended him to friends. more

Consistantly good work! 5/19/2010

We've had Ken from Pure Plumbing work on projects at 2 different houses. He plumbed a bathroom in basement and then did the work on a master bathroom renovation. Both jobs were done on time, an Ken worked on 2 different big jobs for us and did a great job on both... a finished basement bathroom (including rough-in) and master bathroom renovation. In addition to the planned upgrades, he also fixed/replaced our sump pump at both our houses! He was always professional and did an excellent job! I have recommended him to numerous friends!! more
