If you choose to buy glasses at Kind Optical, be prepared to be met with a high pressure, aggressive sales approach, much like you'd expect from a used car salesman. If you state that you feel something might not be right for you, the sales person will invalidate your concerns and assure you that you'll love the product.
Unfortunately, there's no satisfaction guarantee. Just like buying a used car, if your glasses don't work out for whatever reason, you're stuck with them. If you choose to buy at Kind, go with your instincts rather than whatever the sales person tries to ram down your throat, especially given the absence of a guarantee. If you're not comfortable, walk out and take your prescription to a provider that offers a more professional approach along with the ability to exchange eyewear that doesn't work out.
