I had used several security agencies over the past several years with mixed results. I finally made contact with Ontel. I received a very professional proposal from the Asst. Chief of Security and in turn hired Ontel. I had received reports from my previous agencies with discriptions of individuals who commited crimes and got away. Within the first two weeks Ontel had arrested three individuals. How refreshing to come in and find an arrest report instead of a discription of who ripped me off. The officers who work for Ontel take pride in their appearance, work product and company. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional organization that takes pride in the security services industry.
Pros: could reach a senior staff member 24/7
Cons: i am judgemental buy not this time
