FRAUDULANT Company. BEWARE - LANDLORDS! This company is quick to tell you anything verbally and then not provide you any documentation on the verbal agreement. I am currently filing a complaint with the North Carolina Commission on Block and Associates and on Sharon Schovian. I will do everything to keep this company either clean themselves up or shut them down! The agent that viewed my home was fired from Block and Block has been unresponsive to me. Your home is your hard earn investment and this company does nothing to but take your money and promise you a whole bunch of stuff verbally then when you have issues they are MIA. I had Karen Rullman hang the phone up on me! They have taken my money and don't return my calls. It is funny how Sharon - the owner can comment on this site to monitor her reputation and not return my numerous calls and emails. Read the comments of Landlords who tell you to be careful with this company - those are the real Landlords trying to help others from these scam artist. Any other Landlords dupped by Sharon please take the time to file a complaint with the North Carolina Realty Commission, here is the link to the form and it only takes a few minutes http://www.ncrec.state.nc.us/forms/rec401.pdf - Sharon has to respond to the complaint. That is the only way to make Sharon responsibile for the kind of business she operates.
