After having no luck leasing out my rental property on my own for a significant amount of time, I finally decided to contact Block & Associates for some help. Rich Keck was my agent and was amazing! The communication was first rate and I received updates on the progress of the tenant search frequently. He arranged a meeting up at the property the first day I called him and managed to get find an excellent tenant for me within a week! They moved in within three weeks and finally I'm not stressing over it anymore. Rich was friendly and professional, and better yet, communicated well with me and the tenant. I would highly recommend him for tenant searches and property management. Great job, Rich!
