I entrusted Block & Associates with managing my rental home while my wife and I were overseas for work. I had mostly positive dealings throughout the 5 year period.
The fees were very reasonable and they were always quick to find a new renter when the time came. Their marketing fee was slightly higher than their competitors but the customer service made up the difference. The staff was very professional and took care of any issues that arose promptly. They were very receptive to respond to any questions or concerns that I had along the way.
If there was ever a problem with any of my tenants I never had to worry. Block & Associates handled everything for me.
I would recommend Block & Associates to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and friendly management company to look after their rental home. If my career ever moves us away again I would not think twice before giving them a call!
