Bill Warren's decades of real estate experience proved timely for my decision and determination to move towards first steps of owning a home. He instinctively knew I didn't want to see other property options because I didn't inquire about them. I had already spent thousands of online hours trying to find the right home in the right location for the right price. Their postings were excellent with the right information available to make a sound decision prior to viewing the property in person-- which is critical for my already packed daily schedule. He paved a path to success in response to all of my general concerns and was very responsive with every phone call. This process can be a daunting one, but he made it flow so seamlessly and painlessly-- I can honestly say it has been a surprisingly great experience thus far.
