My family rented a home in Cary through Block & Associates 2 years ago and was overall satisfied. I loved the home we rented, and had a great relationship with my agent and management. The only thing that was requested in the at the end of the lease was to have the carpets professionally cleaned, Property Management provided me with their preferred vendor, who did a GREAT job and also gave me a discount because of their relationship with Block. The move out process was smooth. I have recommended Block to several co workers. (and still use this carpet vendor, he was great!!) I would recommend them to anyone.
