Review content:
Horrible customer service. Block and Associates do not care about their tenants. Not only did the agent Emily leave off information about the house I rented (like the fact that it was in an HOA), but now that I'm moving out, I could be chopped liver to them. I get only a few hours notice for showings, even though I expressly told them I had a pet that would react to new people in the house. I receive calls at 6pm scheduling a showing for the next morning at 8. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. If you pay your rent on time (like you should) you'll never hear from them, but once you choose to not renew a lease, you'll basically lose all rights as a tenet in their eyes as their only priority is re-renting the house.
