We listed our property with Block & Assoc and they have successfully rented it. We have been happy with how responsive our agent, Rich, was in answering our questions/concerns and getting the property rented to responsible tenants.
Rich was very quick to return our calls/emails, detailed in the information that he provided, and helpful in his guidance. Block & Assoc screened potential tenants and found a great match in short time. Rich ensured that all paperwork was completed and helped the tenants get settled even ahead of a holiday weekend.
Block & Assoc was responsible for finding/screening tenants for us as well as managing the property. We have been very happy with the service provided so far. To the best of our knowledge, our tenants are also very happy.
