I found the dress of my dreams..except that it was cathedral length and I was looking for a shorter dress for an outdoor wedding. Princess Bridal maintained contact with the designer through the alterations process, insuring I got exactly what I asked for. The designer sent the dress to them a first time, and they immediately sent it back because they knew it was not what I was looking for. I am so grateful for their diligence! The dress turned out absolutely beautiful! I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.
