Princess Bridal

I went in and kind of knew what I wanted. I explained it to the staff. They walked me back to a rack of dresses and pulled one out. I tried it on and instantly knew it was the dress. Very positive experience. more

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like being snubbed and treated rudely! They don't like children. We were at The Brickhouse Bridal store the same day for 2 hours with 2 little girls, ages 4 & 6 and not one person gave us a dirty look and stared us down like the people working at the Princess Bridal store. They had 2 fitting rooms open we had a couple of gowns we wanted to try on and they said they were too busy? We TOYALLY didn't feel welcomed or wanted in this store. I guess we will spend our $2,000 elsewhere!! more

I have driven past this store a thousand times since I was a little girl and I was so happy that it was here I could find my perfect wedding dress. They are so accommodating letting me come in more than once to try on the dress. And I was nervous when we ordered it a half and inch too small but they reassured me it would be okay and they were right. They were even able to tell me when my dress would arrive, giving me a 2-3 day range, and this was almost two months before it was supposed to be in. I am so happy I put my trust in them and they were the ones to sell me my perfect dress. I really recommend them. more

I walked into Princess Bridal without an appointment just to browse through the dresses. Luckily they were able to fit me in, although I would recommend to make an appointment because they really strive to make your experience memorable and special. I explained to Denise that I had already purchased a dress at another bridal shop but I wasn't really sure that it was the right one. I picked several dresses and tried them on and she also recommended one as well. I am so thankful she did because the one she picked brought tears to my eyes and I can not wait for my future husband to see me in it. Thank you so much Denise for taking the time to really give me the best customer service and really going the extra mile!!!! more

This shop is in Old Town Spring, and it is adorable! There is a HUGE selection of dresses and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They will help you as much as you want, but are not pushy at all. There is plenty of room to try on dresses and seating for friends/family. Highly recommended! more

I visited Pricess Bridal on Saturday with my mom. I wish I would have not wasted my time at any other store looking for my wedding dress! This shop is a beautiful, quaint victorian building right in the heart of Old Town Spring. Denise was wonderful and was able to pick out dresses based on what I wanted but also with what would look good on me! I tried on several dresses and eventually found ""the one""! Denise had great suggestions for veils, jewelry, etc... Everything just came together perfectly! My mom will be going back to get her dress there. Prices are very, very reasonable and she has some really talented tailors that she works with in order to get the alterations that will make the dress fit like a glove! I highly, highly recommend visiting the Princess Bridal. It's worth the drive for anyone in Houston or the surrounding areas. Plus, you can visit the other shops in Old Town Spring if you have time! Pros: price, service, selection Cons: Saturdays can be a bit busy, but who's not busy on Saturdays? more

I found the dress of my dreams..except that it was cathedral length and I was looking for a shorter dress for an outdoor wedding. Princess Bridal maintained contact with the designer through the alterations process, insuring I got exactly what I asked for. The designer sent the dress to them a first time, and they immediately sent it back because they knew it was not what I was looking for. I am so grateful for their diligence! The dress turned out absolutely beautiful! I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Pros: Service, Selection Cons: Parking is difficult on busy weekends more
