I have a 1999 Honda, and I took it to a bunch of shops to see what the problem was. They all told me different things and wanted to charge me a bunch of money to "fix" it. I took it to Multistate Transmission and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently. They figured out that it wasn't serious at all, something had just come loose. They went ahead and fixed it for me without charge. I was so surprised at this, since the other shops had made it sound like my car was dying!
I appreciated their honesty and feel I can trust them. They've gained a customer for life just from that one act. They didn't complicate the problem, they solved it.
