Darrold arrived early for our appointment, analyzed the unit's problem, made the necessary changes to the unit quickly and advised us that the compressor start system could be installed to save us $$$$ in the future with this installation....he was not trying to hard sell this option but advised me of future savings....what a great person he is...did not try to sell a part that we can install in the future....we will certainly keep this in mind to have Darrold come back and install at a later date.
Darrold was ever courteous, and very informative .....we were very happy with his workmanship and professionalism.
