Rocky from Shamrock Heating and Cooling provided excellent service 6/17/2016

My technician Rocky did an A+ job! He was honest and hard working and nice. My AC unit was making awful noises and the thermostat said it was 82 degrees but it was really 77 degrees. I was complaining to a friend about my AC, and he said he's used Shamrock twice - once 4 yrs ago and once a week ago. I called - and the same technician my friend used both times (Rocky) came to my house. He called me back within 30 mins of my initial call, arrived on schedule and work diligently. It was a great experience. I expected him to say I needed a whole new unit but he didn't - he repaired the issue. I also bought the Silver Club service agreement - affordable and a relief to know my unit will be taken care of in the future! I DEFINTELY recommend Rocky (and Shamrock). A+++ more

Installation of new airconditioning units 5/11/2016

Rocky and Daniel installed two new airconditioners at our home on Monday. I chose Shamrock as I had a new heat pump installed in our other home one year ago and were impressed by their work and customer service. The current install went well. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Shamrock and would use them in the future. more

Happy customer 10/9/2015

Rocky was awesome. He took the time to listen to my concerns and even fixed something I didn't realize was a problem (thing holding my air filter was broken so air filter wasn't getting held in place). He also spoke with my home warranty company in the phone to help get part of the service covered under the warranty (saved me a couple hundred dollars). I'll definitely be calling Shamock again! more

I had a problem with my A/C that 3 different companies had assessed and not fixed. Finally, Steve R. from Shamrock came and after a brief description of the problem, instantly figured out the solution and was able to fix the problem in short measure. He had to suffer through VERY high temperatures to do so, and I am so grateful for his knowledge and professionalism! Sean's AC service visit 3/19/2015

This company provides semiannual service visits with some contracts and right on schedule they checked out our heating/cooling unit when it is time to switch from heating to cooling. This is a very reliable company and Sean is honest and knowledgeable. more

Darrold Eddy is an AWESOME A/C technician 10/12/2012

Darrold arrived early for our appointment, analyzed the unit's problem, made the necessary changes to the unit quickly and advised us that the compressor start system could be installed to save us $$$$ in the future with this installation....he was not trying to hard sell this option but advised me of future savings....what a great person he is...did not try to sell a part that we can install in the future....we will certainly keep this in mind to have Darrold come back and install at a later date. Darrold was ever courteous, and very informative .....we were very happy with his workmanship and professionalism. more

Strongly recommend 3/31/2012

My A/C failed on one of those hot humid August days. I called one company the technician came after 6 hours, and told me he don't have the parts, will come again tomorrow. Than a friend of my told me call Shamrock. The guy who came was nice, got there on time, he knocked out the problem quickly and he cleaned up afterwards. Strongly recommend. more
