From the first time we met Jon, he was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Personally, my brief experience with Realtors in the past was negative in nature, but Jon changed that for me without a doubt. Both my wife and I always had a secure feeling that Jon represented our best interests. With this being a new experience for me, it was great to know we had someone like Jon on our side. From researching listings at all hours of the day/night and weekends, to well-informed advice and information on everything from the entire process to detailed specifics on each house shown to us, Jon was a valued asset to have. We gladly recommend Jon to any of our family, friends and co-workers. We wish nothing but the best for Jon in the future. And as much as we completely love our new home that he found for us and plan to stay there for many years, we already know we have an exceptional Realtor with Jon Ciardella when the time is right to move on.
