If you are looking for an agent that is truly on your side then Jon is the man. Not only does he make time to show houses on short notice, his honest opinion and knowledge of neighborhoods and house values are endless. The whole house buying process was so quick and simple with Jon I felt at ease the entire time. He is a well rounded person with the sales experience to boot. He got me the best closing concessions and made it possible for me to get into the house I wanted. If you are looking for a dedicated agent this is your proof; After looking at a dozen houses in my price range, I was convinced I would have to settle for a fixer-upper that was way more involved then I could tackle. While the houses were good, they just weren't a good fit for me. So, with the tax credit dead line looming Jon was taking me to houses almost everyday. At the time, Jon had a broken foot and was in a cast up to his knee. The night we found my house it was a freak snow storm. The roads were slick and the traffic was slow. Jon did an awesome job showing us homes we were interested in and he listened to what we were looking for. We ended up only needing to meet with Jon twice to look at homes, he found us a foreclosure in a beautiful neighborhood and it was perfect for us. Since it was a foreclosure, the house needed work, some TLC and Jon went to bat for us while dealing with the bank as the house was in need of some repairs. Jon is very knowledgeable about foreclosures and his background with construction also helped us to really see the potential.
