Some of the WORST experiences of my life we're at this place. If you need major tooth work done I would strongly recommend NOT TO GO HERE!!!! I was with them for over a year, and had several traumatic experiences. The only reason i stayed with this dentist at castle was because the dentist assured me that he would insure his work, and once the root canals he did started failing it meant a great deal more out of pocket expenses for me. The dentist promised me that he would put the money i spent on the root canal and crowns toward a bridge and what i needed to do to replace them and then as they are about to pull out my infected tooth (w/crown) the office manager comes to the chair and tells me they will not help me financially because i missed one routine cleaning even though i was promised by the dentist that he would. (Keep in mind that i was in their office at least once a month getting additional work done and not once did they mention i was coming up on a cleaning.) 3 out of the 4 root canal/crown that i got here failed and i had to go to an endodontist to have them retreated. Only 1 out of the 3 was able to be saved, and i ended up having to pull the other two which i had already invested about $1,000 each. Only 1 was pulled by this dentist. As he was pulling the tooth out the crown shattered into a bunch of pieces in my mouth and throat. When i got upset in the chair the dentist seemed frustrated with me and asked me why am i was so upset? REALLY???? (Maybe because i unexpectedly had broken bits of crown all over the inside of my mouth and throat) He didn't prepare me for that to happen and I had to sit up and spit out all of the broken pieces out my mouth. That was the last straw for me. I had the other failed/infected root canal pulled at a new dentist and she was able to remove it with little to no pain and even kept the crown in once piece with out shattering it in my mouth. I've had several root canals done prior to going to this dentist and never had one fail.... I wasted so much money, not to mention that i now have major anxiety from the treatment that i received and the pain that i was in for long extended periods of time due to the work done here.
