Review content:
This is the perfect music store for the novice, the professional and anyone in between. I wasn't even aware it existed until I had to have his saxophone repaired and this was the only place in town that could do it.
As I didn't know where this place was, I called them up as I was on my way and spoke to a nice guy who helped me with directions until I arrived at the door. Check one!
Upon entering for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by its size and the amount of equipment on sale there. Check two!
I then spoke with the owner who was honest and straightforward when it came to what was wrong with and what was needed for my son's saxophone. She quoted the approximate cost to make the repairs, gave me a loaner in the meantime and two weeks later when I received the instrument, it was in excellent condition and I wasn't charged a penny more than what was stated in the original quote. Check three!
I returned yesterday to find a certain book and a nut for my son's guitar and was helped by the owner. Again, she was extremely helpful as she did an internet search to try to find the book for me since they didn't have it in stock and then recommended the right nut for my son's guitar. It's the little things that matter to me and because she was trying to sale me anything beyond what I came in for, I am most grateful!
I highly recommend this place to anyone.
