Here is the real story. Our old customer in this suite went bankrupt and left. Power and phones at the suite were shut off in early December. Our central station notified site of power and battery failure. Additionally, we informed sub that system is down and will not work. Security system down at that time. New tenant Rooz calls and wants the service with our company but still does not have power or phones at the site. We wait for them to get power and phones. Then a break-in occurs with a down system and American Alarm Systems gets blamed? Currently, a month later, still no power or phones. Even after this review, Rooz still wants our services. Still waiting on power and phones!
