Businiess name:  The Applianceman Service

Review content:
For the past few months, my dishwasher had been leaving food and soap residue on the dishes. I'd gotten into the habit of rinsing the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. But that was silly, cleaning the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, so I called The Applianceman Service. The fellow who answered my call was very nice, and he sent Jamie to my house two days later. Jamie wiped the soap residue off the gaskets, cleaned out the detergent-clogged drain hose, ran a wash cycle with a bowl of vinegar on the top shelf, and most important, explained that detergent manufacturers had changed their formula a few months ago, taking out the phosphates. Jamie recommended switching to Finish Quantum or Finish Powerball. These dishwashing detergents are phosphate-free and effective. What a difference! (For more information, see user reviews on Amazon or read Consumer Reports' in-depth article. Sam's Club has the best price.) In addition to Jamie solving my problem, he showed up on time, wore booties inside my house, left my kitchen clean and was very pleasant. A real professional! You can read my other reviews to see I have had two recent bad appliance repair experiences. From now on, I'll be calling The Applianceman Service whenever there is a problem.
