Review content:
For the past 2 years I am growing leary of their professionalism, knowledge and overall concern for customer service. I've had technicians in my home servicing appliances that have either 1) had to call someone to walk them through the service job or 2) just can't seem to diagnose an issue or repair right the first time. There are some good and knowledgeable techs in this outfit but it seems like it may be every other visit I get one.
Pros: Some techs seem to know what they are doing
Cons: More trouble now than what they are worth
