I went to this office after years of avoiding Dentists, which made for a lot of problems. Everyone at the Pasadena office was extremely kind and respectful, especially since I was very embarrassed over the amount of time I had let these problems go on. Ericka was extremely helpful and understanding while she explained costs and plans to me. I was impressed with her patience. I intend to follow up with the treatment plan and not ignore the problems anymore because of the positive experience I had at this office. Thanks
