This office has no respect for your time, NONE! I spent over 3 hours in their office and the actual dental work took 2.5 minutes. I had to wait for so long that the numbing shot...

The staff is incredibly efficient, warm and caring. I feel lucky to have found this office. Dr Victor is a wonderful dentist and Renee a wonderful assistant. It makes the dentist experience much less scary and close to pleasant. more

Everyone was wonderful at the Pasadena location! Dr. K was GREAT! He explained everything and I didn't feel rushed or as though I was just ""taking up his time"". He made me feel like a welcomed, well-cared for patient. more

Everyone was extremely kind 12/9/2011

I went to this office after years of avoiding Dentists, which made for a lot of problems. Everyone at the Pasadena office was extremely kind and respectful, especially since I was very embarrassed over the amount of time I had let these problems go on. Ericka was extremely helpful and understanding while she explained costs and plans to me. I was impressed with her patience. I intend to follow up with the treatment plan and not ignore the problems anymore because of the positive experience I had at this office. Thanks more

Shoddy Business Practices 9/2/2010

The one Good thing about this place is that it has motivated me to seek out affordable dental insurance. Because of a lack of research I got myself into a very frustrating relationship with this dental provider. Instead of going into a lengthy explanation here are some bullet points. 1. They over charge for simple procedures suggesting an unaffordable method of payment. 2.The dentist failed to properly fill a cavity he was working on 3. There is no follow-up protocol or etiquette amongst the staff at this establishment 4. No paper work of payment arrangements are sent...credit accounts are charged blindly 5. Withheld a check meant for deposit longer than a month All in all this is by far the worst prolonged experience I've ever had and I will be looking into filing a claim concerning the improper filling. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEM THE PLEASURE OF 1 STAR BUT I MAY NOT SUBMIT THIS OTHERWISE more

Best experience I've had in 29 years of going to the dentist 10/20/2009

Dr. Cecilia is her name and she is not only a super nice lady but she explained things to me better than I have ever had. I had no idea I had the problems I have until she showed me on my xray and in my mouth. She gave me a shot and after years of dentistry I didn't even feel it until my face was numb. I was there for 2 hours but I got several fillings a deep cleaning and I now have a dentist for the next 20 years. Pros: I didn't feel the shot, the staff is great, amazing Doctor Cons: There was a bit of a wait but worth it 100% more

both times I've tried this office, I sat in the chair waiting for a simple x-ray and cleaning for over 3 hours. i will never return. shame on me for trying it again. Cons: you'll wait all day more
