This apartment complex isn't bad if you are near the Watkins entrance; if you are closer to Route 33 the noise level is really high, not to mention that that it becomes very inconvenient (only one way in and out). Deposit is small ($100 or so) but beware that you don't leave ANY room for management to play the usual games when you leave. In our case, the microwave was ""dirty"", which apparently cost the crew $35 to clean. Totally ridiculous. I am certain it took no more than a squirt of 409 and a quick wipe-down. I sometimes wonder if the management realizes how this sort of gouging drives away future tenants.
Pros: Not bad if you are near the entrance
Cons: Noisy near Route 33
