I have lived in Watkins Glen since 2008, and I can say that I am proud to call ""The Glen"" my home. Since I have moved in, I have never had to deal with noise problems or parking...

I LOVE THE GLEN! 8/27/2010

I have lived in Watkins Glen since 2008, and I can say that I am proud to call ""The Glen"" my home. Since I have moved in, I have never had to deal with noise problems or parking issues. The maintenance guys are awesome. I have only had to call in a couple of times since I moved here, and each time they were here in the same day or next day. Once, they were here within MINUTES! Finally, The office staff is great! They are kind, welcoming, funny and will definitely make you feel like a member of their own family. I recommend ""The Glen"" to everyone. I am here to stay! more

Like living in Watkins Glen Apts 8/6/2010

I love these apartments as I like that we have a garage to pull into! They are spacious for an Apartment and reasonable on price of rent! Utilities are a little high but other things make it worth your while! I do live toward 33 and I really don't hear much noise and I'm upstairs! They have full size washer and dryer so no going to a laundry mat! I think people would be pleased to live here in this day in time! more

Microwave wipe-down cost $35; noisy. 3/19/2008

This apartment complex isn't bad if you are near the Watkins entrance; if you are closer to Route 33 the noise level is really high, not to mention that that it becomes very inconvenient (only one way in and out). Deposit is small ($100 or so) but beware that you don't leave ANY room for management to play the usual games when you leave. In our case, the microwave was ""dirty"", which apparently cost the crew $35 to clean. Totally ridiculous. I am certain it took no more than a squirt of 409 and a quick wipe-down. I sometimes wonder if the management realizes how this sort of gouging drives away future tenants. Pros: Not bad if you are near the entrance Cons: Noisy near Route 33 more
