If I could give them less than one star, I would. We bought a subwoofer for our vehicle there. Told them exactly the type of vehicle it was and what we were interested in getting. They said that one of them had the exact same vehicle and that a particular subwoofer would fit just fine. We went home, took the old one out and found out that the one they sold us would NOT fit (it required a thinner version that they didn't carry). We couldn't go back that night because they were already closed. We went back early the next morning to take it back and see if they had anything else that fit, but they did not. They refused to give us a refund, only a store credit, even though we only bought it because they assured us it would fit. There is nothing else I need there - I now have a $100 + dollar credit that I will never use. I will also never return and tell as many people as I can how big of jerks these people are.
