I have a 14 lb. Schnoodle (half poodle/half schnauzer), and we went to countless groomers before checking out The Dog Spa. The first time we went in, the owner spent about 10 minutes talking to me about the haircut that I was wanting Charlie to receive. While we were talking, she was letting him walk around behind the counter and sniff out the place. Normally when I leave him, he cries and cries but this time, he was playing with her and didn't even notice. She called me halfway through the appointment to explain why it was taking so long (he has knotted hair next to his skin). When I returned, she talked to me about ways to prevent that from happening.
Ever since then, he literally gets excited every time we go into the shop. You can really tell that they love what they do.
