Ok, so we were attracted to Gage Management because they had such cheap prices. They were super friendly when we first contacted them. We did learn though that if you have any issues - like you need to get out of your lease early (we did). they are very fair, but you have to follow their policies to the letter! So read your lease agreement and use their website for all of your requests and forms and then their super nice and friendly. The staff seems a bit overworked but they're friendly and fair as long as you stick to their policies and use their website.
