I do not even know where to start.. This company is nothing bad news. If you are considering signing with them.. do NOT! Unless you want to pay fee after fee for things that are not your fault and should be considered regular maintenance when owning a house. I have only ever gone online and rated a company or product if I have wonderful things to say, but I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life and wanted to spread the word in hopes that I can help someone make the right decision when considering signing a lease with this company.
