Review content:
By far the worst slumlord in town. Save yourself and never rent from this company. They never fix repairs and always tell you they will be out tomorrow to fix problems and then never show up. They don't care about the condition of their rentals as long as they are getting paid every month. The office staff and the owner are by far the rudest people I have ever met. It has been over a year since we requested repairs and they have still not been fixed. Was informed by the owner if I wanted them fixed, then after I sent a written letter stating repairs to have done, that they must have forgot to get around doing them, and that I should have kept calling to remind them to fix the property, so it was my fault they haven't been corrected. No apology just blame toward me for them being a slumlord.
