I gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option. Unless you want to spend days (not hours) fighting with them over bills that have 1) already been paid, or 2) that are for services that were never rendered; and have to decipher bills that come in the mail that just say ""send me $xxxx"" with no explanation and no contact information (looking more like a ransom note - your credit being held for ransom - than a professional bill) -- you might want to look for a professional dental office. To top it off, they not only don't keep financial records, they don't keep treatment records either. And, for icing on the cake, their staff are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in ANY business. Hands down. You might think... how can that be possible? That's crazy! No one would run a business like that! They run a business like that.
