I just love Dr. Rachel Cole. No one really likes to go to the dentist, but having her as my dentist makes it a lot easier. She is so professional, friendly and informative - she's definitely an asset to the office!! more

Good afternoon, I am absolutely horrible with names but the staff at the Cornell office are wonderful people. The folks up front always greet me with a smile and make me feel truly welcome. The dental staff talks to me and explains my procedures and treatments. I like knowing what's going on and they make me feel like they enjoy their job. more

Dr. Cole is hands down the best dentist I've had. She very warm with patients and makes any procedure as comfortable as possible. more

I gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option. Unless you want to spend days (not hours) fighting with them over bills that have 1) already been paid, or 2) that are for services that were never rendered; and have to decipher bills that come in the mail that just say ""send me $xxxx"" with no explanation and no contact information (looking more like a ransom note - your credit being held for ransom - than a professional bill) -- you might want to look for a professional dental office. To top it off, they not only don't keep financial records, they don't keep treatment records either. And, for icing on the cake, their staff are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in ANY business. Hands down. You might think... how can that be possible? That's crazy! No one would run a business like that! They run a business like that. Pros: None. Cons: See below. more
