Review content:
I purchased several groupons for chocolate lover family members. Went several times and it was closed even though according to the hours posted online and on the door they were suppossed to be open. Today I got there around 3:00 pm and found out that they open at 4:00 pm. I waited until 4:00 just to find out that they only wanted to serve dine inn only. The lady was very rude and told me to come back at 5:30 and I told her that the sign on the door only said that they open at 4:00 and I just wanted to get some desserts for my New Years party. She said that they had no boxes or containers and wanted everybody with groupons to leave. I was not the only one there waiting and when we got mad they said they could only get a few pieces in a paper bag for our $25.00 groupon. I counted 11 people in line and we were not happy. I spent $40.00 and was supposed to get $100.00 worth. The desserts were smashed in the bags and as far as I am concern I didn't even get $10.00 worth. When I checked the price on line they overcharged me. She gave 4 pieces of cake for a $25.00 certificate. I am calling American Express since I used them for payment.
