I had a recent experience with a mole removal turning into a necessary procedure. I had consulted with a local dermatologist in Toms River a year ago and he 'brushed off' my mole as 'cosmetic' followed by a $400 bill! I inquired as to how sure he could be the mole wasn't a concern - he said it wasn't. This time, I went to Dr. Dixon who looked at it, removed it and had it biopsied to be safe - all for my co-pay. I'm glad she did - it needed further attention immediately by a pathologist, Dr. Geffer. Dr. Geffner and his nurse assistant Carolyn made me feel so comfortable with this procedure and answered all my questions with patience and caring. I'm thankful for caring doctors like Accredited Dermatology.
