Review content:
Took my children to this office for their first dental visit ever. They advised me I could not go back into the room w/the children while they were examed. I needed them to at least get their exam so I let them go back. We never spoke to the dentist nor were we introduced. The ""Office Manager"" came out after their exam with a file folder to instruct us on whether they had cavities or what they needed. When I inquired on a baby tooth my son has in front of an adult tooth that already grew in behind it and why they couldn't remove it she said ""He needs braces and to just let it ""take it's course"". Unbelieveable! I felt like I was in a clinic where the last thing they cared about was the patient and more like just getting people in and out of there as quickly as they could. I would NEVER GO BACK nor would I recommend anybody go to this office, let alone any Bright Now! Dental. These types of places are commission based offices that don't give a sh*! about their patients and these people proved that. I am very dissapointed my childrens first visit had to be an unpleasant one. Shame on you Bright Now! Dental!!!
