The service was great. From calling to schedule our appointments to the front desk all the way to the treatment room. Their were all very wonderful! Great with kids and adults a like. Honest fair prices. If you don't need a procedure, they don't recommend it. Other dentist's around a all about the money. They have taken wonderful care of my kids and that's all that matters. more

The dentist & staff at the Temecula office are great. They made me feel at ease. I originally came here just to get a second opinion about treatment options but I liked it so much I have now switched my & my family dentist office to Bright Now Dental. more

Took my children to this office for their first dental visit ever. They advised me I could not go back into the room w/the children while they were examed. I needed them to at least get their exam so I let them go back. We never spoke to the dentist nor were we introduced. The ""Office Manager"" came out after their exam with a file folder to instruct us on whether they had cavities or what they needed. When I inquired on a baby tooth my son has in front of an adult tooth that already grew in behind it and why they couldn't remove it she said ""He needs braces and to just let it ""take it's course"". Unbelieveable! I felt like I was in a clinic where the last thing they cared about was the patient and more like just getting people in and out of there as quickly as they could. I would NEVER GO BACK nor would I recommend anybody go to this office, let alone any Bright Now! Dental. These types of places are commission based offices that don't give a sh*! about their patients and these people proved that. I am very dissapointed my childrens first visit had to be an unpleasant one. Shame on you Bright Now! Dental!!! more

Horrible office. Unprofessional. They bought in a boom box and played rap music while my friend was going under general before getting her wisdom teeth pulled. Both her and her husband developed infections within a day after having surgery there. When leaving the office they took us out a back door past dirty laundry. more
