Review content:
I needed to have my mailbox lock replaced after I lost my keys. This was the only place I called that doesn't upcharge you for being outside of their standard 9-5. My lock apparently is very old and not made anymore, so Bill didn't want to drill it out. Instead he was able to pick it open. Then he took the lock to his shop, made me two keys and brought them back to me for only $10 more. Very pleased with the service. I felt he went the extra mile and it was much appreciated.
Pros: Well priced, very helpful
