Excellent service, highly recommend 2/7/2008

I needed to have my mailbox lock replaced after I lost my keys. This was the only place I called that doesn't upcharge you for being outside of their standard 9-5. My lock apparently is very old and not made anymore, so Bill didn't want to drill it out. Instead he was able to pick it open. Then he took the lock to his shop, made me two keys and brought them back to me for only $10 more. Very pleased with the service. I felt he went the extra mile and it was much appreciated. Really amazing locksmith service fast and prompt . 1/30/2008

Great service from locksmith Bill, really amazing prompt and fast just wonder why the first review is that bad if only you specify your needs and understand the situation of what you will get especially if you will install a high security lock definitely it is only a specific secured duplication key and if you call them they will return your call or not why not just visit them in their store its open to the public. Pros: free estimates, apply yellow book coupon, fast service Cons: dont see any more

Good Initial Service - been waiting 2 months for folow-up. 12/20/2006

Used Amazing Lock Service to install new locks. Quick to install new locks but did not have one specific lock. Charged me upfront for this lock (told me that this would save me an additional $60 call-out fee) and said that they would return the next day. It's been 2 months now and I've called them 10 times - keep getting told that the specific locksmith will call me back...and he never does. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Pros: Initial service was quick and good price Cons: Once they have your money, they'll never come back more
