My regular housekeeper is from Nepal and her father was on his death bed. To say her last goodbyes she had to leave for two weeks. I called Maid For You New York and they were able to get two very pleasant, very accommodating women to my house in a day. They cleaned for four hours and everything was done well. (They're not as amazing as my regular housekeeper but I didn't expect that on a first visit to an unfamiliar house.) The charge was $365. I have a large townhouse, four floors, four bedrooms, 3 baths--so perhaps that's understandable. It is way more than I pay my housekeeper.
Pros: Clean quickly and adequately, arrive at short notice
Cons: Extremely expensive
