.The employees at the front office are in serious need of training in etiquette and customer service! But what can you expect from uneducated people who probably have no more than a high school diploma? Most times when I call, who ever answers just says ""Hold on"" and I will be placed on hold for so long I hang up and call them back. How hard is it to politely say ""Can you please hold?"" When I complained to another employee about the long hold time, instead of apologizing she made an excuse for the other girl by telling me she was the only person in the office. I understand that these things happen, but it is just so unprofessional to make excuses. It seemed like she cared more about explaining to me why the other girl left me on hold, rather than rectifying the problem. This upset me even more. A simple ""I'm sorry you had to wait so long, how may I help you?"" would have been the more professional manner to handle this. I worked as a front desk assistant for many years and I never spoke to people like this. And then there is the wait time. It is like an assembly line dentistry there . So they book 5 or 6 people at the same time. Just don""t waste your time going there.
