I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years and would NEVER treat my patients the way I have been treated here. This is a corporation and WAY OVERBOOKED!! Dentists/Orthodontists change constantly. I have been in there at least once a month for the last 2 years for my son's orthodontics (only because they took our insurance) and general dentistry for the whole family...we will stay until our care is complete and find another dental group...this is not a practice that is trying to keep patients to build a practice or even win referrals. The wait is at least an hour everytime, then another 1/2 hour of sitting in the chair. I have had them take impressions of the mouth and NOT COME BACK for 15-20 minutes...while you're waiting with all the gunk in your mouth and wondering where they went??? The staff is so used to the wait...there are no apologies. Another time I had a broken tooth and needed a crown...that visit was 5 hours long! Also, a staff member explains insurance benefit coverage with little knowledge...very confusing to the patient and makes you really wonder about what you're choosing, and why??? Obviously I would NOT recommend this Dental Group, but hey, they probably don't care either.
Pros: decent care
Cons: Wait time, Poor Patient relationship, change in doctors.
