Review content:
I have been living at the Circle for about 5 months now and this apartment complex is not the best place to live. Ever since moving here I have not a had a full nights rest and I wake up atleast one time every hour. All of the doors in the building slams very loudly, and the amount of noise in the hallways is ridiculous. The drunks that roam the hallways screaming every night of the week is more than enough. I can hear my neighbor on the phone at night, coughin, and the person above me walking sounding as if there is a bunch of large animals walking around. I have complained to the office twice about the noises and not sleeping at night, they always tell you they will have someone look into the situation. There is only lady in the office that is friendly and I haven't seen her there in a long time. I am young and I cannot wait to get out of this FRAT house!
