Randall, we called him our angel Gabriel, serviced our two main heating systems, and then cleaned out my garage apartment heating/cooling unit, which was stuck on cooling because the remote had broken. He jury rigged my remote control so I could turn the unit on heating, air conditioning or off as needed, and found the model # of my heating/cooling unit so I could order a new remote on line. Then, when he heard that Texas Gas Company wouldn't come out to check on whether gas was getting to our swimming pool heater, he went out and checked it and found that it was. This was all part of a standard fall service call to check out two heating units plus the room heating/cooling unit. No extra charges for all the extra tasks, and he took the time to make friends with our two barking dogs. Great technician, a delightful gentleman and willing to go the extra mile. We had a contract with ARS to the entire house call was free.
